Xiaomi’s sub-brand – Pocophone has been in the leaks for some time now. The company is rumored to launch the Pocophone F1 which is allegedly said to be the world’s cheapest Snapdragon 845-powered smartphone. This week, we have got some new details about this handset.
The Pocophone F1 is rumored to hit the European market first and then will come to India where it will be launched with a different name. Apart from the chipset, there are several other flagship-level features and the surprising among them is its liquid-cooled chip.
The Pocophone F1 will be launched in two variants: 6GB RAM with 64GB ROM and 8GB RAM with 128GB ROM. As of now, we don’t know if the internal storage will be expandable. Talking about imaging department, the smartphone features a combo of 12MP and 5MP cameras on the rear, out of which, the 5MP camera is depth sensor.
Another interesting thing is its 20MP front-facing camera that comes with Super Pixel technology. Besides the front-facing camera, the company has placed an infrared camera and infrared illuminator to back up an advanced AI-aided face unlock. Further, as none of the aforementioned information has been officially confirmed, we would suggest our readers take them with a pinch of salt.
