The new Max is reportedly heavy on AI, which starts at the camera. The main camera is a combination of 12 MP primary + 5 MP secondary lenses, wherein, the primary lens has the aperture size of f1.9. The camera also gets dual phase detection autofocus and other typical stuff like an LED flash. The front gets a decent 8 MP camera with the aperture size of f2.0.

Of course, there’s AI inclusion. And it is said that it is a learning algorithm rather than some presets given a trendy name. The camera also carries the Face recognition system which is assisted by AI. The company says that the mechanism is designed to learn and improve overtime to keep the system secure as well as to create better and better bokeh effects. The last part is specifically for the main camera. Along with this, there are 206 scene recognition programs.

Xiaomi Mi Max 3 comes with Android Oreo 8.1 and a USB-C port. It has been launched at a price of Yuan 1699 and Yuan 1999, roughly INR 17,530 and 20,400 respectively. Keep watching this space for more information on this as well as on other upcoming smartphones in 2018.
