In order to compete with the recently launched Airtel’s Rs. 597 plan, Vodafone has now launched its own Rs. 597 plan. The plan competes with the Airtel’s Rs 597 plan. The Airtel plan offers unlimited voice calls and has no FUP limit, 10GB of data and 100 SMS per day for 168 days. Talking about Jio, the Reliance Jio too has a plan of Rs 594 but it is only available for Jio Phone users. The Jio’s plan for smartphone users offer similar benefits for Rs. 999 and has a validity of six months.

The Vodafone’s plan is specially made for users with heavy calling need. The new plan introduced by Vodafone comes with a validity of 168 days which equals to more than five months. But there’s a catch, the plan for Smartphone users has a validity of 112 days and for the feature phone users, the plan has a validity of 168 days. The Vodafone Rs. 597 plan mainly focuses on users with high calling needs. Under this plan, users can enjoy unlimited local, STD and roaming calls. For the data plan will get you 10 GB of 4G or 3G data. The user also gets 100 SMS per day for 112 days.
However, the plan has a FUP limit on calling. The plan comes with a capping of the calls at 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week. Further, this plan allows its users to make calls to 100 unique numbers during the entire validity period.
