Samsung seems to be working on another mid-range smartphone. Dubbed Samsung SM-G6200, the handset has been spotted at TENAA where it was listed with full specifications sheet. Rumors have claimed that the name of this handset is Galaxy P30 but as the “P” series doesn’t exist, we think that it would fall under Galaxy “A” series.
Samsung SM-G6200 Specifications and Features
The Samsung SM-G6200, according to TENAA, is built around a 5.99 inches full HD+ IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 2160×1080 pixels of resolution. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Samsung’s custom UI and measures 156.14×76.4×8.39mm in dimensions.
Powering the Samsung SM-G6200 is an octa-core processor running at 2.2GHz of clocked processing speed. The handset will come in two variants: 6GB RAM with 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM with 128GB ROM. Both variants’ internal storage can be expanded up to 256GB using a MicroSD.
Talking about the imaging department, the Samsung SM-G6200 features a dual rear camera setup comprised of 12MP and 2MP sensors. The company has also placed a 5 megapixels shooter at the front for selfies and video calling. The handset is expected to be launched in four colors – Pink, Red, Blue and Black.
Connectivity options on the Samsung SM-G6200 include dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, dual SIM and 4G with VoLTE. Further, we are still waiting for Samsung for comment.
