Samsung is pretty much known for launching new smartphones frequently, so is Xiaomi. Following its own footprints, the South Korean giant has launched a new smartphone today – the Samsung Z4. It is said that the newcomer will compete well with Xiaomi Redmi 4 & Redmi 4A.

Priced at INR 5,790, the Samsung Z4 is now available to buy from offline stores. Available in two colors – Gold and Black, the smartphone runs Samsung’s in-house developed Tizen 3.0 operating system.
Talking about the specifications, the Samsung Z4 features a 4.5 inch display which is covered with 2.5D curved glass and has 800×480 pixels of WVGA resolution. It features a 5 megapixels shooter on the back as well as front.

Powering the Samsung Z4 is a quad-core processor running at 1.5GHz of clocked processing speed. Other internals of the handset include 1GB of RAM and 8GB of on-board storage. Sadly, the name of chipset is yet-to-be-revealed.

Connectivity options on the Samsung Z4 include 4G LTE with VoLTE and VoWiFi, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB and GPS. Measuring 132.9×69.2×10.3mm in dimension, the handset weighs 413 grams.
Further, the Samsung Z4 is backed by a 2,050 mAh battery which, according to Samsung, offers 8 hours of 4G browsing. It also has S Bike Mode and Ultra Power Saving Mode.
