Samsung has added one more budget-oriented smartphone under its J series, called Galaxy J2 (2018). The phone has been launched at a price of Rs 8,190.
While the Galaxy J2 (2018) comes with a Super AMOLED display measuring at 5 inches, the resolution is only qHD (540 x 960). The design is pretty simple with huge bezels on the sides and generous amount of bodywork at the top and bottom.
The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz. There’s 2 GB of RAM along with 16 GB of internal storage (expandable up to 256 GB). Out of the box, the Galaxy J2 runs Android Nougat. Furthermore, there are 2 SIM slots and 1 memory card slot.
There is a single 8 MP camera at the back with an aperture size of f2.2. It can record Full HD videos at 30 frames per second. Also, the front has a 5 MP camera. Lastly, there’s 2,600 mAh removable battery onboard.
