Qualcomm is continuously working to improvise the whole smartphone experience by way of introducing its new chipsets. This year already, the company unveiled the Snapdragon 710 processor which is intended to provide the best performance in a mid-range smartphone.
Now, Qualcomm has unveiled no less than three chipsets, namely – Snapdragon 632, Snapdragon 439 and Snapdragon 429. Clearly, the Snapdragon 632 will further strengthen the mid-range processor lineup while the 439 and 429 will enhance the entry-level segment.
To further differentiate between the newly introduced chipsets is that the Snapdragon 632 is developed on the 14nm process while the other two are developed on the 12nm process. However, all three processors are said to have inbuilt AI capabilities and support for a number of mobile payment systems.
Qualcomm says that we can expect to Snapdragon 632, 439 and 429 powered devices later this year. Below are the technical details of each of the three chipsets:
