Adding two new handsets in the list of its AI-powered smartphones, Panasonic has launched the Panasonic Eluga Z1 and Panasonic Eluga Z1 Pro; priced at ₹14,490 and ₹17,490 respectively. Both handsets are officially said to be available through various leading offline stores starting October 31.

The only difference between these two handsets is their configuration. The Eluga Z1 has 3GB of RAM with 32GB of ROM whereas the Z1 Pro packs 4GB of RAM with 64GB of ROM. Rest specifications of both handsets are identical.
Both the Panasonic Eluga Z1 and Z1 Pro are built around a 6.19 inches HD+ display with 1500×720 pixels of resolution. They are powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC which packs an octa-core processor running at 2GHz of clocked processing speed. The internal storage of both handsets is expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD.
Talking about the imaging department, both smartphone feature a dual rear camera setup comprised of 13MP and 2MP AI-powered sensors. They also have an 8 megapixels AI-powered front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The camera setup on both handsets comes with tons of features. They have different camera modes including group selfie, live photos, backlight, beauty mode, slow motion, and time-lapse. They also have Facemoji which allows users to create their digital avatars and then chat with their friends in their newly created avatars.
Both smartphones run on Android 8.1 Oreo and come with GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G with VoLTE and dual SIM functionality in connectivity options. Further, backed by a 4,000 mAh battery, they measure 157.2×76.25×8.05mm in dimensions.
