HMD Global launched its new Nokia 3.1 Plus device today. The Nokia 3.1 Plus is the company’s new lower mid-range device that comes with a bezel-less display and dual rear cameras. The smartphone is priced at Rs 11,499 in India and it will be available from October 19.

Talking about the specs, the Nokia 3.1 Plus comes with a large 6-inch HD+ IPS display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. This has a 2.5D screen glass. The smartphone runs on Android One and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor. The device comes with 2/3GB RAM and 16/32GB storage variant for people with different storage needs. There is an option for storage expansion up to 400GB via microSD. Nokia 3.1 Plus also equips a dual rear camera which is a combination of 13MP primary sensor and a 5MP sensor. The camera supports live bokeh feature, manual mode and slow-motion. The front rocks an 8 MP camera which features bokeh mode and also has screen flash. The phone is powered by a 3,500 mAh battery.

For connectivity, the Nokia 3.1 Plus has a dual SIM device that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Other than this the smartphone has Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include a Fingerprint sensor, Compass/ Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Gyroscope, Ambient light sensor, and Accelerometer.
