Moto One Power appears in live Images: Sports a Notch, Unsurprisingly!

Usually, or perhaps ideally, a thing comes into a trend because it tends to make what is current better. The idea of a trend is to enhance the experience of utilizing something. In some way or the other, it is supposed to make you feel better.

Not always though, there’s a certain trend in the world of smartphones going on currently which has spread like a wildfire. You guessed it right – it is the Notch! While it doesn’t add to functionality in maximum phones, it has seemingly become a software accessory, of sorts, lately. Because many companies just want to make their phones look like the… ahem… iPhone X.

Moto One Power dual camera


The latest to join this club is Lenovo-owned Motorola. The Moto One Power is an upcoming smartphone which has leaked in a number of live images. And so far, the only newest feature that is visible to the eye is the Notch. The notch seems to house, what might initially look like dual front camera, but clearly we are not certain of the same at the moment.

The size and the cut of the notch make it very similar to the one on the iPhone X. Furthermore, the dual camera at the back is vertically aligned as well. There’s a fingerprint sensor at the back as well which contains the Motorola logo.

Moto One Power USB-C port


Looking at the phone through various angles reveals a number of typical hardware features, like – SIM tray, Power button and volume button on either side. Also, there’s a USB-C port at the bottom while the 3.5 mm audio jack is absent. Lastly, it is said that the Moto One Power will be an Android One smartphone which means regular and fastest OS updates for at least 2 years.
