After several leaks and reports, Motorola has finally launched its much-awaited smartphone – the Moto G6 Plus in India. Priced at ₹22,499, it is the most expensive Moto ‘G’ series smartphone to date. This price is for the 6GB RAM variant, whereas the information regarding the launch or availability of its 4GB RAM variant is yet-to-be-revealed.
Moto G6 Plus Specifications and Features
Built around a 5.9 inches IPS LCD full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D curved tempered glass and 2160×1080 pixels of resolution, the Moto G6 Plus is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 630 processor. It packs 64GB of internal storage which is expandable through MicroSD.
The Moto G6 Plus features dual-SIM functionality and both of them support VoLTE. Talking about the imaging department, the handset features a dual rear camera setup – 12MP with f/1.7 aperture and 5MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calling, the company has placed an 8 megapixels sensor at the front.
Coming to the connectivity options, the Moto G6 Plus has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS, USB Type-C and 4G with VoLTE. Further, running on Android 8.1 Oreo, it is backed by a 3,200 mAh battery with Turbo Charging support.
