There are multiple smartphones manufacturers including Samsung and Huawei rumored to be working on foldable smartphone but it seems that Lenovo is going to be the first one to unveil one. Actually, the company has shared a 10-second teaser video of its foldable smartphone. The caption of the video reads, “We are just so terribly good. It’s time to show off. We’ll see you in October.” It seems that we are finally going to see the Lenovo Foldable Smartphone for real.
For unawares, this foldable smartphone was first discussed at Lenovo Tech World Conference 2016 events. And after two years, we are finally about to see the handset for real. This teaser was posted on Lenovo’s official Weibo account. The handset shown in this video appears to be functioning properly. Watch the video below:
Though the company hasn’t revealed anything related to the specifications of this handset but we do have some leaked information. According to the leaks, the handset will feature a 4.35 inches AMOLED display. It automatically changes the size of the display from a normal phone to smartwatch according to the usage. The handset also supports e-SIM functionality which means one can easily switch between operators.
Further, as of now, we have no information whether the company is holding any event this month. Plus, the video has not been shared on any other social media accounts of Lenovo. So, it might also be possible that the company is trying to create hype.
