Huawei’s sub-brand Honor is known for launching budget-friendly smartphones in emerging markets. And currently, Honor is rumored to be working on Honor 8C – the successor of Honor 7C. Leaks have also claimed that the company is going to launch this handset on the 11th of October.
Honor 8C Specifications and Features
What’s interesting, according to the leaks, is that the Honor 8C will be the world’s first smartphone to come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 632 processor. Talking about other leaked specifications, the handset features a 6.26 inches FullView IPS HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio, 86.6% screen-to-body ratio and 1520×720 pixels of resolution.
The Honor 8C packs Adreno 506 graphics processing unit along with 4GB of RAM. The handset is expected to be launched in different storage options including 32GB and 64GB variants. All the variants will have an option to expand the internal storage up to 256GB via MicroSD.
Coming to the imaging department, the Honor 8C features a dual rear camera setup comprised of 13MP and 2MP sensors. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based EMUI 8.1 OS and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery. Further, as none of the aforementioned specifications have been officially confirmed, we would suggest our users to take them with a pinch of salt.
