Google Home Mini & Home To Launch In India On April 10
Amazon's Echo Line-Up Is About To Get Some Competition!
Last year, Amazon brought its Echo line-up of smart speakers to India. Powered by the company’s Alexa AI-powered virtual assistant Alexa, the speakers – Echo Dot, Echo and Echo Plus – have been received quite well in India, thanks to their smart capabilities and integration with local digital services.
Following Amazon’s lead, Google has finally decided to launch its own smart speaker line-up to India.
The technology giant has sent out media invites for an event, scheduled to take place on April 10, where it’ll most certainly launch the Google Home Mini and Google. There is, however, a slim chance of the top-of-the-line Google Home Max getting launched.

Furthermore, if a report from ETtech is to be believed, Google might also be planning to introduce a range of other products in India. These could include the Pixelbook, home automation devices, and even a mid-range Pixel smartphone. However, nothing is confirmed about these as of now.
