Motorola is gearing up to launch another budget-friendly smartphone – the Moto E5 Plus in India. The company has given this information via its official Twitter account. The tweet reads, “BIG Battery. BIG Screen. For BIG Entertainment. The #motoe5plus is on its way. Get set to say #helloentertainment! Stay tuned.” The company has also posted a teaser video in which it revealed that the handset will be launched this month, though no exact date.

What’s interesting that the Moto E5 Plus has also been spotted listed on Amazon for a price of ₹10,770, though the page was pulled back. Anyway, coming to the specs, the handset is built around a 6 inch HD+ Max Vision LCD display with 720×1440 pixels of resolution.
Under the hood of the Moto E5 Plus is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 435 SoC which packs an octa-core processor running at 1.4GHz of clocked processing speed along with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 505 graphics processing unit. Other internals of the handset also include 32GB of ROM which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
The Moto E5 Plus features a 12 megapixels camera on the rear, whereas an 8 megapixels sensor is placed at the front for selfies and video calling. Running on Android 8.0 Oreo, it comes with Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi and 4G with VoLTE. Further, the handset is backed by a huge 5,000 mAh battery.
